It can take you 3 hours and 45 minutes to reach Bishnupur station from Howrah. You can board Purulia Express which is quite regular, it departs from Howrah at 4:45 pm. Other alternatives to this train are Rupashi Bangla Express that departs from Howrah at 6 am or Howrah – Chakradharpur Passenger which leaves Howrah at 11:05 pm. You can even board the Aranyak Express train from Shalimar at 7:45 am. You can also get trains from Kharagpur/Bardhaman/Midnapur/Durgapur from Howrah and take a bus route to reach Bishnupur.
